About Pool Concepts

To begin with… we’re based out of Amarillo, TX and we’re an in-ground gunite pool and spa design company.  And no matter how big or how small your dream might be, we can take and turn your dream pool into a reality.  Since 2008, we’ve been building custom in-ground pools, fire pits, grottos, waterfalls, water features, and custom yard designs here in the Amarillo area.  And we pride ourselves in the fact that we continue to be the leader and innovator of the latest techniques in custom design and installation.

After years of custom pool design and installation in California (in the Los Angeles area) where strict building code requires expert craftsmanship, Dave Morgado expanded his business to the Lonestar State and brought that same attention to detail and expert craftmanship with him to the West Texas Plains.

So, whether you’re looking for a fully custom swimming pool and spa, a new built-in BBQ, fire pit, or a complete back yard makeover, Pool Concepts has the years of experience to make sure your installation will be the absolute best for years to come. You can trust us to not only build a beautiful work of art but also craft a design that won’t turn into a maintenance nightmare for you and your family.

Now, we understand that not every company is like us.  So, keep in mind that Pool Concepts also has the skills to repair the current problems you might be having with your existing pool or spa that was brought on by poor craftsmanship, in-experience, or years of use.  Don’t forget that Dave, “The Pool Guy’s”, troubleshooting skills are unmatched in the panhandle area.

“It is unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little.

When you pay too much, you lose a little bit of money…that is all.

When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because what you

bought was incapable to do what you bought it to do. The common law of

business prohibits paying a little and getting a lot…it can’t be  done.

If you deal with the low bidder, it is well to add something to the risk you run.

And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for the something better.”
